David Hamilton is a carpenter of 26 years by trade. David has worked only on extensions and renovations for the last 15 years, 10 years of that with wife Anne-Marie as  D & A Hamilton Constructions.

We have a full range of trade sub-contractors that we worked with for many years. We are highly regarded in the training industry as we have trained 6 apprentices, two of which currently work with us full time.

As our apprentices are trained within a small business they have a wide range of skills are expected to produce quality work.

Over the years we have built many different styles of extensions, ranging from Heritage listed buildings to three storey extensions overlooking coastal views.

In 2005 we were proud to be presented with a HIA Housing Award for Building Excellence in the Extension $100,000 to $150,000 category.

One thing that we find is always important to our clients, is that David is the person who completes the quote, and he is also the tradesman that is working on site everyday to ensure our clients satisfaction.
